Destruction is a real nice spec, which can provide top notch dps, but only if you have enough hitrating, 202 is the cap, so 190+ is slightly recommanded. U have 155...

Specwise, like I said Nether Protection is PvP for the wind. 3 points That can be put other places for PvE, like Catalysm to let your manapool last longer.
