-TBC raiding Experience: ZA, SSC, TK. Also been in a MH / BT guild as friendspot and done all bosses but didnt get any gear at that time.

Clearing all Bosses in BT gives more then 729/3000 Ashtongue Deathsworn
Clearing MH will most likely give more then 0/3000 The Scale of the Sands

Not to be inpolite but have you really cleared what you say you have?

Ops, saw that i wrote 4/4 in TK, actually got him down to 15% then whipe and after that i joined the other guild as friendspot, so actually i am missing Kael's Vial. That's why.

So, just because you are missing Kael's Vial you mean that your rep with Scale of the sands is 0/3000?

Note to you: even if you didnt do the preQ you get the rep. The Vials Of Eternity quest gives you access to the ring (wich is imba good) you get from rep.

So have you still cleared MH/BT?

A frostmage is brought to the raid to keep winter's chill up so the 40/0/21 mages can spam frostbolts. This is quite effective at end ssc/tk and start of bt/hyjal level. Though, he himself does relatively low dps, he boosts the other mages' dps. I would not advise this when below 3 mages and shouldn't be relative for this guilds progression.
