Well, I can't deny that you're good at tanking. Even though your overall TPS differs a bit on f.x. Hyjal trash packs, depending on if you're drunk/sober, in the mood for raiding or not, etc.
Regarding your attitude, which unbelievably is worse than mine, I suggest you try to tone it down a bit and don't press your talk hotkey for VT when you enrage IRL, like you always did in Infinity. Even though we had some good laughs, those outbreaks was partially what fucked you up in the end.

Last but not least I suggest you stop taking smokebreaks right before trash-waves & such, without telling anyone.
