You don't need kael for the BT preQ!

you should try to do the bt attunement quest, since ssc is normally getting pugged on ravencrest, an if not, i know about some guys that do ssc with guilds, so it can easly be done to get the neck. Which is very important since it will save you a ton of money. And if you are a sucker for lore like i was, the preq is pretty interesting.
