Hello Oeration Crew, I am reapplying from about a mounth ago as i think i have inproved my equips and stats. I would like to remined you to start that i am dislexic, so my spelling will be very bad! Im sorry about this but i cant help it. Well thank's and hire it is

-Non-WoW Commitments (School, Job, Family etc): Left school about 1 mounths ago. I havent got a job atm but i will be getting one when the summer is over and i start collage.

My character:
-Character name: Peeweexx
-Class: Warlock
-Race (explain why did you choose it): Human, well the only other race is Gnome, and IRL i am small (well was when i made the charicter) and i didnt want to be small in the game too , i choose a warlock because i wanted to play a caster and i played bouth Mage Priest and Warlock to about lvl 10 and i decided i like the Warlock the most, i didnt go Druid because well i cant rember now and shaman wernt Ally at this time, and i was ally because all my RL m8's were.

-Offspec description: Sl/SL for Arena.
-Your role in a raid(10/25/40man): To provide Heal Stones for healfy snacs during fights and to DPS/CC.
-Resistance gears: Fire (for Leotheras) about 350+ (with speck, Pala arora) And i have Shadow Resistance patterns from BT.
-History: Well... I started playing wow Boxing Day 2006 (26/12/2006) were i played on Hakkar with my RL m8's then when TBC came out we all made a new charicter on the newly made relm of Sunstrider were i played a hunter to lvl 24 befor going back to the my warlock on Hakkar. My Warlock was about lvl 19 at this time. I then played him and got him to 70 about june time were i joint my first raiding guild (Neverending)(I had been in other raiding guild before but i wasnt raiding as i wasnt lvl 70) There we did Kara, (not clear tho just about 5/13) then from there the GM went on holliday and a few of the main officer migrated so nuthing happened for a long time. Then i joint a guild called DeathDealers were i was a member there we cleared Kara, and gruul. I worked my way up tho the ranks to become Class Leader, then on to Co-Guild Master. We then moved to this server and formed PwnStars. Hire i was one of three GM's. But the other GM's i have to say were greedy and stuff didnt work out so i aplyed to Thank You Come Again. There i new some people like Jurg, who was on hakkar my old GM in a guild called Soul Bound. And i got exepted there. Then when they Disbandened (cuz of holidays) i aplyed hire, and got declined but i went to joine a guild called Poem were i was Class Leader. We went to do 5/6 ssc and 2/4 Tk in the first 2 days of raiding but an inactive GM + Officer with no rights = guild disband. We made The Dark Council were i am atm Class Leader but it not going to well.. there stuck in SSC when i need to raid MH and BT as im bord of SSC and TK. And thus i make this aplication. (You will see me recruiting for TDC in /2, that will be because when im in aguild (even if i want to leave) i will do all i can to help it, this kinda shows my dedication and loyalty.)
-Attunements (SRneck/hyjal ring): i am Kara atuned just need Lady and Kael for MH and Winterchill for BT (i didnt have the pre to this part befor i had been MH befor).
-Pre TBC raiding Experience: Noon, as i was under lvl 20 when TBC came out. but i have been AQ 40 MC Naxx (not on this charicter).
-TBC raiding Experience:
Kara - Cleared and led
ZA - Cleared and 1/2 led
Gruul - Cleared and led
Maggy - Cleaered and Led
TK - 3/4 and led(2/4)
SSC - 5/6 and led (3/6)
MH - i havent killed any of the bosses but i have been there for the encounters for all of them!
BT - 3/9 and atempt 4th (did very well on the simulator too ) (no tack for pritty mutch all teh bosses from reading and watching videos.)

-Why do you wanna join Operation Crew? Because i need to go to better raids. Raid with ppl that have skills!! I dont joine a guild/raid to get drops. I joine them to go to the raid, Expirience the encounters and have fun... To me epics are just tockens that say "look i killed ...".
-What do you expect from Operation Crew? A friendly guild that will help me get better at my games play and that i can lern off of.
-Do you know anyone in Operation Crew? I dont think so no... But ppl that i no may have joined but i didnt know.
-Why do you wanna leave your current guild(if you're in a guild): As i said befor, I need to go to the better raids have fun.
-Xrealm or Ravencrest native? My home is far away in a place called Hakkar.
-Are you the original owner of this account?: Yes i am.
-Total playtime of your character: about 76 day's (normuly i sit in a city afk )
-If you have any other comments: Well hire it is, i hope u enjoy reading it and i hope i hire from u soon, BTW if on my armory it shows my Mount stuff i rilly have S2 dagger and BoJ shadow dmg offhand, and the Scryers trincer (spell hit). And yes my spell hit is caped

Ok fare enuff.. But i would like to say that isnt teh case any more, i have inproved.. i have lisened to lots of advice that has been giving to me and taken it on. I am normuly in the top 4 DPS in my guilds raids (tho they are all the same equip as me) but i do have better DPS now i have caped hit and sutch.

How does you gear(Stats) looks without druidstaff ect.

LOL i love my staff , well i have the S2 dagger (with the +40 spell dmg Enchant) and the off hand from hydros ( [Fathomstone]). I have 203 hit rating about 21% crit with felarmor 1078 spell dmg. I loged off last in normal stuff so hope it updates .

ya gear looks fine... nice to see you have capped the hit But your spec? The 4 points in Aftermath, its a weird spell that have no use in raiding... Skip them, and go for 3 in Nether Protection, and a single in imp. Immolate or imp. Searing Pain... Gl with your app..

Hi ty, yh i got my hit caped quite quick after i got toled i need to when i first applyed hire, yh that speck is a bit retarded not had it long just playing around atm cuz im not doing many sirius raids.

Well from tomorrow morning i am going on holiday for 4 weeks. Havent got the exact date but its about the 26th or the 8th. When i get back i will still want to joine (if u what me ofc ). So when im back ill post in this thred unless i see a deffo anser.

Hello Operation Crew

I am back from my 4-5 weeks holiday and reairing to play... atm i have no game time on Peeweexx ( i will get in the next week) but i can accses the game on my m8's acount Tonton (70 prot warr).

So if you are stil in need of warlocks give me a shout thanx alot .
